Log in to the Amelia backend panel and select “Appointments” section
Click the New Appointment button
A New Appointment section will be displayed on the right side.
Type in the name of the (existing) customer and select it from the dropdown list. Note:Click anywhere else within the section to “deactivate” the dropdown list.
Fill up the necessary details for the appointment: Category (First Visit or Follow-Ups), Service, Location, Employee (Yang Room, Yin Room, or First Visit), Date, and Time. Press Save to confirm the appointment
Once all the details of the appointment are ready, press Save.
