How do I make an appointment for a client?

  1. Log in to the Amelia backend panel and select “Appointments” section
  1. Click the New Appointment button
  1. A New Appointment section will be displayed on the right side.
  1. Type in the name of the (existing) customer and select it from the dropdown list. Note: Click anywhere else within the section to “deactivate” the dropdown list.
  1. Fill up the necessary details for the appointment: Category (First Visit or Follow-Ups), Service, Location, Employee (Yang Room, Yin Room, or First Visit), Date, and Time. Press Save to confirm the appointment
  1. Once all the details of the appointment are ready, press Save.
