How do I check a client’s package?

  1. Log in to the Amelia backend panel and select “Services” section
  1. Click the Packages section
  1. Select the package that the client has and click the Manage Packages button of that package.
  1. Important: Please make sure the selected time frame is adjusted from 2022 to 2023 to list out all the packages purchased during this period.
  1. Look for the customer you would like to book by searching the customer’s name in the search field (next to the date range) and then press the section to expand it. A list of appointments made under this package is displayed.

    The number remaining of appointments is listed (important note: 0 to be booked may indicate that all booking slots are used and/or the package has expired)
