How do I block a time slot?

  1. Log in to the Amelia backend panel and select “Appointments” section
  1. Click the New Appointment button
  1. A New Appointment section will be displayed on the right side.
  1. Choose Block Time from the list of the (existing) customer and select it from the dropdown list. Note: Click anywhere else within the section to “deactivate” the dropdown list.
  1. Fill up the necessary details for the appointment: Category (First Visit or Follow-Ups), Service, Location, Employee (Yang Room, Yin Room, or First Visit) with the Date, and Time that you would like to block.
  1. Each blocked time slot is visible on the Google Calendar when the “blocked” appointment is saved.
