Hello & ‘Willkommen’ in my “Little Nature’s Healing Paradise” on the island of Penang (Tanjung Tokong) and in the leafy jungle-surrounded suburb of TTDI in Kuala Lumpur.
I am an internationally qualified veterinarian, helping pets in Malaysia live a better, longer and happier life.
After practicing “conventional” veterinary medicine for a good 10 years in Europe and Asia, I found “my tribe” in Malaysia, caring for pets who are family. 1967: born in Innsbruck in the Austrian Alps of Tirol
1994: graduated at the University of Veterinary Medicine in Vienna
1996: doctorate in Traditional Veterinary Herbal Medicines (Philippines)
2004: member of Royal College of Veterinary Services (no. 6372242)
2009: graduated as the sole veterinarian certified by the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society (IVAS) in Malaysia.
2022: expanded AsiaPaws to Penang together with my husband Shankar R. Santhiram
